Manager - CAWI(online Sampling)

We're scaling our online quantitative business and looking for a hands-on Manager – CAWI to own the end-to-end delivery of web-based sample only projects across global markets.

What you'll own

• Lead the team — Manage and grow a team of Project Managers and Project Management Trainees running CAWI studies across NA, EU, APAC, LATAM & MENA.
• Build client & partner relationships — Be the trusted operational contact for global MR agencies, consulting firms, and pharma clients, and the senior counterpart for our sample partners.
• Oversee panel & partner network traffic — Maintain the daily flow across the Insights Opinion proprietary panel (B2B, B2C, HCP) and our external partner network — balancing cost, speed, and exclusivity.
• Guarantee sampling quality — Own the sampling plan, fraud framework, soft-launch governance, and data cleaning on every study. Audit-ready, every time.
