Job Summary
The Manager, Change Management and Communications, is a key member of the Business Transformation Office, reporting directly to the Director, Change Management & Communications, APEC + GC (Asia Pacific Excluding China + Greater China). This role is responsible for the operational execution of change management and communications activities, supporting associate engagement and adoption throughout Marriott’s Digital + Technology Transformation (D+TT) program — a multi-year initiative transforming Marriott’s technology and business process ecosystem across the APEC and Hong Kong, Taiwan, Macau (HMT) markets.
