Rate: $24 USD per hour
High School diploma, or GED required
~3+ years experience in a supervisory/management role
~ Class B or higher Commercial Driver's License (with Passenger endorsement and air brake endorsement) required
~ Computer proficiency required (Microsoft Suites – Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
~ Must be able to read a map and possess knowledge of the service areas
~ Must be able to work flexible day and night hours including split shifts, weekends and holidays
~ Responsible for leading operations and serve as point of contact with client during their shift periods.
Contact with traveling passengers and airport employees with complaints or suggestions
Perform complaint investigations in coordination with Customer Service/Quality Assurance Department
