Major Responsibilities :
Planning, management, implementation and evaluation of operations/services to ensure quality, efficiency and cost effectiveness:
1)Participates in short and long term planning. Analyzes and plans for the needs of the area.
2)Establishes staffing requirements. Plans for the appropriate utilization of human resources.
3)Monitors quality of patient care and patient satisfaction; oversees implementation of measures to improve both.
