Be an essential part of the Estée Lauder Fragrances Global Product Marketing team to execute successful innovation and support programs from an end⁃to⁃end category management standpoint. Own an integral part of the management, and implementation of the product portfolio, product marketing and consumer engagement strategy across the Estée Lauder Fragrances with a focus on the Luxury & Ultra Luxury fragrance portfolios to enhance brand story telling and drive growth and market share.

Description of Responsibilities:

+ Assist in the execution of new product innovation and project management in conjunction with the Product Marketing Managers across the Luxury and Ultra Luxury portfolio.
