Key Responsibilities Pre-Contract Commercial Strategy & Tendering Lead design & scope coordination with Architects, Structural & MEPF consultants Review tender documents, drawings, and BOQs for completeness and risk Structure tendering strategy, bidder shortlisting, and pre-bid clarifications Evaluate commercial clauses (PBG, LD, retention, payment terms) Benchmark bids against internal estimates and budgets Prepare and issue LOA / Work Orders KPIs Post-Contract Commercial Control & Execution Support Lead site-level commercial coordination with clients, PMCs, and contractors Own budget tracking, cash-flow planning, and quarterly budget refresh Validate and certify RA bills across civil, MEP, faade, fire, waterproofing, etc. Ensure structured project close-out and handover documentation KPIs Budget variance within agreed tolerance Timely certification of RA bills Contracts, Claims & Client Commercial Management Draft, negotiate, and administer institutional-grade contracts ...
