1) Statutory & Legal Compliance (Factory)
You will be responsible for owning end-to-end labour law compliance for the plant, including applicability, registers, returns, notices, displays, records, and inspections.You will be responsible for ensuring timely submission of statutory returns and filings under applicable laws such as EPF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, Professional Tax (if applicable), CLRA, Factory-related compliances, welfare fund, etc.You will be responsible for coordinating and leading inspections/visits from labour authorities and ensuring proper documentation and timely closure of observations.You will be responsible for tracking changes in labour laws, rules, and notifications, and driving implementation through updated SOPs, communication, and training.You will be responsible for conducting periodic internal compliance audits and closing identified gaps through corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).You ...
