Manager, Construction - Multi-Residential

Responsibilities

The Manager, Construction is accountable for ensuring the setup of estimates, budgets and construction timetables for clients are completed, as well as developing the construction strategy. The construction manager selects subcontractors and workers, provides required explanations to builders and other professionals, and coordinates with architects, engineers and specialists. The construction manager ensures the project complies with building codes and all legal or regulatory requirements and acts as the first responder when delays or problems occur.

• Construction Strategy : Develop, communicate and oversee the implementation of strategies and expected outputs for construction and maintenance of structures, facilities, and system projects to ensure efficiency and timely completion.
