Reporting Relationships

• Head of Consumer Collections – Unsecured Lending, or NPL Collection Supervisor, whichever applicable as indicated in Connexion reporting line matrix or as instructed in the transition.
• Approval of matters provided under AA.
• Direction on collections related matters.
• Approval for staff related matters.

Job Purpose

• Achieve Bank’s NBD, NPL inventory, delinquency and cost targets.
• Achieve targets formalised through Individual Performance Plan (IPP).
• Achieve performance scorecard established, where applicable.
• Manage portfolio assigned by maximising recoveries and minimising NBD losses.
• Deliver any assignments assigned from time to time.
