Manager- Content & Learning Solutions

The Manager - Curriculum & Learning will lead the development, quality assurance, and continuous improvement of learning content across TCF's Dastak teacher training programme and School Publishing imprint. He/She will shape how teachers learn, how students engage with text, and how TCF's educational philosophy translates into classroom-ready resources. This is a practitioner's role. We are looking for someone who has taught or trained teachers, someone who understands how children and adults learn, and what makes content translate into learning in a low-resource classroom.

Content Development

• Design, develop, and revise Dastak training courses, textbooks, and supplementary learning materials grounded in sound pedagogy and adult learning principles.
• Lead the enhancement of teaching and learning materials ensuring conceptual clarity, appropriate challenge, and alignment with national curriculum frameworks.
