Manager - Contract Services

Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Manager – Contract Services to join the resort’s Contract Services team.

• Lead the drafting, review, and negotiation of a wide range of commercial contracts, including service agreements, amendments, and Statements of Work
• Structure contractual terms to appropriately allocate risk, including liability, indemnity, insurance, and performance obligations
• Ensure alignment between commercial, operational, and legal positions in all agreements

• Review and validate contract commercial terms, including pricing structures, payment milestones, and total contract value
• Support preparation of contract summaries and key commercial inputs for internal approvals and purchase orders
