Manager-Credit Compliance

ROLE PURPOSE & OBJECTIVE:

• The Manager – Credit Compliance is responsible for ensuring full compliance with regulatory, statutory, and internal credit policies for all credit products. The role acts as the single point of contact (SPOC) for RBI inspections and supervisory reviews, RBI Risk Based Supervision (RBS) submissions, Statutory and internal audits related to credit department.
• The position acts as a critical link between credit, risk, audit, legal, and compliance teams, ensuring that credit practices are transparent, customer-centric, and aligned with RBI guidelines and the Bank’s risk appetite

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE:
