Responsibilities

• Lead the remit of Organisational Development (culture, engagement, wellbeing behaviour, values and competencies), learning and development, diversity, equity and inclusion and Te Ao Māori.
• Develop and implement learning, culture and OD initiatives and projects to support the organisation's strategy.
• Lead a small, high‑performing team delivering impactful culture and capability outcomes.
• Play a strategic leadership role shaping organisational development and enabling delivery of key priorities.
