Manager (Curriculum)

Job Brief & Responsibilities

Chandler Governance Group (CGG) is looking for a Manager (Curriculum) to design, develop, and manage the creation of curriculum and learning content for the Chandler Academy of Governance (“Academy”), which is the training arm of CGG.

To perform the role well, the candidate will need to take ownership of curriculum and content development both directly and through external collaborators. This includes personally developing proprietary knowledge products for the Academy - such as curriculum materials for the Academy’s training offerings (e.g. customised case studies, teaching slides, simulation games, etc.), training tools (e.g. facilitation guides, teaching notes, online learning objects, etc.), and other knowledge pieces (e.g. practice guides, toolkits, etc.) to support the Academy’s various workstreams- as well as overseeing external experts, consultants, and vendors engaged to produce more specialised or large-scale content.
