Manager, Customer Risk Management
Overview
We are currently looking for a Manager, Americas (Latin America and the Caribbean) Customer Risk Management (CRM), based in Bogotá, Colombia and reporting to the Americas Regional CRM VP.
The primary responsibility of the Manager is to ensure counterparty/credit customer risk is appropriately identified, monitored and managed in accordance with the applicable Mastercard policies and procedures, specifically the CRM Procedures of the Credit Policy. The role also involves partnering with the Second Line Credit Risk function and Settlement Operations teams to assist with any CRM data validation or CRM system testing related to Customer Exposure Monitoring (CEM) improvements.
