Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Technical Support & Customer Service
- Provide advanced technical support for customers and corporate clients
- Perform product testing including appearance, functionality, hardware compatibility, and software applications
- Handle customer escalations through emails, social media, and service channels
- Educate customers regarding product performance standards (colour accuracy, display uniformity, etc.)
2. Pre-Sales & Product Training
- Conduct technical training sessions for internal sales teams and key account customers
- Support pre-launch product readiness and technical enablement
- Train solution partners, VARs, and system integrators on product usage and installation
