Manager Customer Service Quality (Silao, MX plant)
In this challenging position you will be responsible for the leadership and coordination of customer service staff.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensuring customer support for quality from the beginning of series production up to the end of the spare parts obligation of a product.
- Customer support and satisfaction; expertise on Ford, BMW and other brands is a plus.
- Management of customer portals in the presence of the respective customer.
- Cost site monitoring and control.
- Plan and implement defined IMS goals for your own business processes.
- Define actions for deviations in the plan while respecting IMS specifications.
- Customer care according to the assigned product and/or assigned to the customer as described in the PQCC worker's job description.
