The **Manager, Customer Targeting & Eligibility Consultant** is part of the U.S. Targeting Operations (USTO) team within the broader Enterprise Communications & MarTech Experiences (ECMX) organization at American Express. USTO partners with AmEx U.S. businesses to develop customer audience strategies and support marketing campaign execution across channels.
