Manager, Dangerous Goods-LBJ FWY

SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly specialized Logistics & Dangerous Goods Expert to oversee the safe handling, storage, and global distribution of lithium batteries. This role is critical in ensuring our warehouse operations and outbound shipments comply with stringent international and domestic regulations. The ideal candidate is a technical authority on lithium battery classifications and possesses the certifications required to sign off on multi-modal transport documents. This position will require travel as needed. (25-30%) ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 
1. Regulatory Compliance & Documentation

Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all lithium battery shipping regulations, including UN3480, UN3481, UN3090, and UN3091.

Prepare and validate all Dangerous Goods (DG) documentation, including Shipper’s Declarations for Dangerous Goods, IMO Dangerous Goods Declarations, and Bill of Ladings.
