Overview

Manager, Data Strategy and Measurement, Evaluation & Learning (MEL) – Jumpstart Charities is a national charity committed to helping kids of all abilities in communities across Canada participate in sport, recreation, and play. The Manager, Data Strategy and Measurement, Evaluation & Learning (MEL) will play a key part in Jumpstart’s commitment to strengthening community sport across Canada, and in ensuring all kids have an opportunity to realize the transformational benefits of participating in sport and play.

The role supports the development and implementation of an organization-wide data strategy that understands the needs of children and youth, steers what and why Jumpstart invests in, and supports delivery across the organization. It also manages and supports the design, delivery and evolution of Jumpstart’s MEL framework to deepen impact on kids and communities across Canada.
