- Manage a multi-site team of Electrical engineers
- Liaise with Electrical and Lighting Suppliers to progress technical solutions towards certification.
- Develop and implement strategies for the definition of future aircraft, proposing innovative and competitive solutions.
- Develop or adapt tools and processes according to the needs of the function to achieve organizational objectives.
