As part of the Parker Lord Mechanical Technology organization this position is responsible for creating, planning and driving efficiencies of the test lab and teams. Plans for and manages personnel, equipment, and floor space to enable a safe, highly productive, and efficient lab. This position is also responsible for interfacing with program management and technical management teams to identify and implement improvements to work, to assess and recommend work that should be performed internally.
