POSITION SUMMARY

The Resource Division of DuBois, based out of Vancouver, requires an Engineering Manager to guide, strengthen and manage our existing team of equipment engineers. We are seeking an experienced, dynamic manager with an action‑oriented mindset and a focus on exceeding expectations, who operates with vision and integrity. The Engineering manager oversees the daily operations of the Equipment Engineering team and ensures that projects are completed on time and within budget. To be successful in this role, there is a strong need for exceptional leadership, project management and ownership skills, the ability to gain trust quickly and communicate with tact, a persuasive negotiator able to achieve consensus among differing opinions, technical troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills, strategic sales and business mindset, risk identification and mitigation execution, and a drive to develop skills and talents of team members.
