Opportunity Description
Elevate UPP’s risk management frameworks as the Manager of Enterprise and Operational Risk. Focus on crisis management and business continuity while fostering collaboration across departments in a hybrid setting.
This position reports to the Director of Enterprise Risk Management, working closely with the Associate Director. You will oversee the enhancement of ERM, ORM, and BCM programs, implementing robust frameworks that support UPP’s strategic initiatives. The downtown Toronto location offers a hybrid work environment conducive to effective risk management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and refresh ERM frameworks and policies
• Create enterprise risk reporting to aid decision-making
• Advocate for risk management across various teams
• Implement ORM methodologies for effective governance
• Strengthen business continuity and crisis strategies
Requirements:
• At least 5 years of risk management experience
• Knowledge in enterprise-wide risk frameworks
