About the Role:
Under the direction of the Director of HaBITTS, the Manager of Epic & IT Training is responsible for the planning, organization, and management of all Epic training as well as training for multiple HFH Enterprise software systems. This position will oversee the training for end users systemwide and will manage a team of Instructional Designers and Credentialed Trainers to ensure successful process and execution of the educational programs. Educational programs consist of classroom training, virtual training sessions, online learning with content, both internally and externally created and web-based information library/dashboards. The training manager will also plan, organize, and manage various HaBITTS customer support initiatives such as optimization programs, onsite rounding, and real time assistance services.
