Responsibilities
Lead and deliver end‑to‑end customer integration projects, including planning, prioritization, setup, testing, and go‑live execution.Manage a portfolio of 12–15 mid‑ to large‑scale eProcurement, EDI, or marketplace integrations simultaneously, ensuring on time, ‑high quality delivery.‑ Collaborate cross‑functionally to execute project deliverables, including identifying, securing, and coordinating required technical resources.Communicate proactively and effectively with internal teams and customers to manage expectations, risks, milestones, and deliverables throughout the integration lifecycle.Partner with technical teams and product managers to stay current on digital capabilities and recommend enhancements across Waters’ digital product ecosystem.Create, maintain, continuously improve, and optimize onboarding documentation and SOPs, including project temp...
