Opportunity Description
Job Function:
Responsible for the general upkeep, maintenance and management of administrative and engineering operation for the store and building facility (stand-alone / stores with mall).
Responsibilities:
- Manage general maintenance and engineering
- Lead construction and renovation
- Facilitate vendor management
- Manage tenant relation and coordination
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical), preferably Licensed
- At least three (3) years or work experience in Property/Building/Facilities Management
- Knowledgeable in Building and Equipment Maintenance Methods, Operating Requirements, Safety Precautions and Construction Operations
