Role Overview

What the role is:

You play a pivotal role in managing financial operations, ensuring compliance with policies, and supporting the financial health and procurement of the Formation.

Responsibilities

• Manage and allocate financial budgets during the annual budgeting cycle and conduct quarterly budget reviews to ensure alignment with operational and training needs.
• Process daily financial transactions, perform system tasks such as funds transfers, and monitor payment status for timely disbursement.
• Ensure compliance with finance and procurement policies, review and approve purchases, and serve as a liaison for internal audit readiness.
• Provide financial and procurement advisory to units, offering solutions to meet operational and logistical needs.
• Maintain accurate financial and purchasing data, prepare quarterly and annual reports and support data analysis.
