Manager, Finance (MFA)

The Finance Manager plays a key role in supporting the business through finance operations, financial and regulatory reporting, and strong stakeholder partnership. This role works closely with management and serves as a trusted point of contact for regulators, auditors, and bankers, contributing directly to business discipline and governance.

**Position Responsibilities:**

+ Set up, document and maintain proper accounting system, process and reconciliation to administration system for computation, payment and accounting of agency compensation and benefits
+ Establish and maintain proper accounting and internal controls for all collections and payments to ensure accuracy, completeness and compliance
+ Prepare financial statements and statutory reports to ensure accurate and timely submission to regulators such as MAS and ACRA
