Role Summary


Sony Pictures Entertainment (SPE) is seeking a Manager, Finance Transformation to lead assigned projects and workstreams that advance SPE's Finance function. The role sits within Finance Transformation, SPE's internal consulting and change enablement team, and partners with Finance, Technology, and business stakeholders across Motion Pictures, Television, Networks, Corporate Functions, Development, Production, Marketing, and Distribution.


The Manager will plan and execute initiatives; analyze current-state processes and systems; identify improvement opportunities; build business cases; develop recommendations; and support implementation of practical, value-added solutions.
