The Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) team is accountable for the development, implementation, and ongoing leadership of the Group’s financial crime compliance obligations. FCC leads the Group’s approach to managing AML/CTF, Sanctions, Anti‑Tax Evasion and Anti‑Bribery and Corruption risks.

Our Bankwest FCC Advisory team sits within the CBA Retail FCC Advisory team and provides advice to the Bankwest business on all financial crime matters and oversees Bankwest’s implementation of the Group’s financial crime frameworks as well as compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
