**JOB SUMMARY**

The Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis is a key member of the Finance team, responsible for supporting the monthly close cycle, rolling forecast, and executive reporting. This role owns the financial narrative for enGen, including the monthly CFO close presentation, board and ELT packages, and the ad hoc analysis that flows from senior leadership. This position reports directly to the Director of FP&A and works closely with the CFO and senior business leaders across enGen.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of FP&A or corporate finance experience, a track record of leading and developing finance team members, and the ability to translate complex data into clear narratives for executive audiences.
