Manager - Flexible Wires retail sales

About the Role

Responsible for driving retail sales of house wires through dealer and distributor networks in assigned territory of Delhi / NCR.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers, electricians, and distributors to generate sales.
• Promote house wire products and ensure product availability in the market.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as per business plan.
• Identify new retail outlets and expand distribution reach in the assigned area.
• Handle product queries, pricing negotiations, and order follow-ups.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to improve sales performance.

Qualifications: MBA with 8–12 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in electrical, wires or cables.
