1. Strategy, Growth & Business Transformation
Work directly with the Founders to define, structure, and execute strategic priorities across businesses, brands, functions, and geographies.
Translate ambiguous opportunities into actionable plans with clear ownership, timelines, and measurable outcomes.
Drive enterprise-wide transformation initiatives across sales, operations, supply chain, technology, finance, and customer experience.
Support long-term strategic planning, annual operating plans, growth roadmaps, and business reviews.
2. New Brand Acquisition & Strategic Partnerships
Identify, evaluate, and onboard international and domestic brands that complement Workstore's portfolio.
Conduct market mapping and category assessments to identify whitespace opportunities across lighting, facility automation, industrial equipment, hygiene, safety, and emerging sectors.
