Opportunity Description
Duties:
Under the supervision of the Chief Marketing Officer, support the overall objectives of Joni and Friends’ Development department. Perform duties and responsibilities including, but not limited to:
+ In collaboration with the CMO and Directors, develop, execute and manage a successful grant proposal strategy, intentionally collaborating with internal teams to foster and improve relationships with current ministry partners
+ Maintain excellent relationships with our field teams, both domestically and internationally, collaborating with existing and new funding partners to better serve churches and people living with disability
+ Work with Development Directors to grow funding from $2 million to over $5 million dollars annually
+ Oversee and manage a staff of contract grant writers to present grant proposals for over 70 grants per year
+ Manage cultivation of gifts and data in Salesforce
