Manager, Graphic Planning & Design

**Position Overview**

The Manager, Graphic Planning & Design leads the strategy, development, and execution of graphic planning, storefront visual communications, and complex store design initiatives across Burlington's retail portfolio. This role partners closely with Store Planning, Design, Construction, Real Estate, Operations, Merchandising, and Marketing teams to create innovative, brand-aligned retail environments that support business objectives, elevate the customer experience, and drive consistency across the fleet. As a people leader, the Manager oversees a team of designers, fosters creative excellence, and serves as a key communicator and presenter of design concepts.
