Manager - HLISB (Cash Management & Deposit-i)

Propose/execute business plans and marketing strategies and ensure successful execution with proven results;

Work closely with Product Managers/stakeholders in new/existing product/services commercialization and re-commercialization activities;

Leverage stakeholder’s relationships to maximize bank’s income revenue or cost reduction;

Perform competitor analysis to ensure the team/department always stay competitive in the market;

Propose/determine & identify business opportunities and risk associated with cost-benefit analysis to the manager for decision making;

Providing guidance and training to the branch managers/Business Centers’ representative/Account Relationship Managers in selling Cash Management’s product & services;
