Opportunity Description
Responsibilities: Be the point of contact for all employee queries on the tools and processes. Own the HR tools and processes used at PlaySimple Games. Own the automation agenda for HR Lead the HR Analytics for the Human Resources function and provide insights into the performance of all the HR sub-functions Providing timely & accurate reports from the HR tools used internally. Design and maintain SOPs and adhere to the policies, processes and practices. Analysing datapoints to notice trends and actionable insights. Be the point of contact for insurance, benefits, onboarding etc. Work closely with internal stakeholders on various people-centric inputs Driving impactful engagements that are crucial in boosting employee morale & connects. Requirements 8 -12 years of experience in HR and specifically having led HR operations.
