Manager, HR Planning and Operations

The Manager, HR Planning and Operations role leads high-impact HR initiatives, combining strong project execution with strategic partnership across the business. You’ll manage a portfolio of priorities, drive process improvements, and ensure seamless delivery while coaching leaders and teams along the way.

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Experience working within or supporting an HR PMO environment, ideally on enterprise or cross-functional HR initiatives
+ Background in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma certifications)
+ Demonstrated success in end-to-end project management, with strong execution skills and a highly organized, detail-oriented approach
+ Knowledge of and experience with organizational change management principles, including driving adoption and stakeholder engagement (certification a plus)
+ Proficiency with project management tools such as Monday.com (preferred)
