● Own daily rider operations across assigned clusters to ensure high fulfilment and
delivery performance.
●Track and improve key rider metrics such as attendance, on-time performance, delivery
efficiency, productivity, and compliance.
●Act as the first line of resolution for on-ground operational challenges and eliminate
bottlenecks quickly.
● Drive rider discipline, adherence to SOPs, and safety standards across shifts.
●Lead and mentor Rider Leads and Delivery Executives, ensuring proper training,
motivation, and performance management.
●Optimize routing, shift planning, and rider allocation using data-driven insights.
