Position Summary

The Manager II, Accounting role reports directly to the Shared Services Senior Accounting Manager based in Manila, with functional direction, performance objectives, KPIs, and day-to-day priorities aligned through the Senior Director, Controller AMC. This position is responsible for supporting the broader AMC controllership team with the preparation and review of monthly and quarterly journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance of all deliverables with corporate standards and U.S. GAAP. As a people leader, this role carries accountability for key controlling and reporting activities, provides leadership to direct reports, and plays a critical role in special projects, system implementations, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
