Position Overview

Income Tracking Manager – Asia Pacific (Malaysia)

Reports to the Director, Administration APAC and the Head of Global Income Tracking.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of two in the Asia Pacific region, overseeing upskilling, training, onboarding, workload management and OKR reporting.
• Strengthen team productivity by identifying bottlenecks and optimizing resource allocation.
• Develop succession plans and ensure cross‑training across responsibilities to build resilience and agility.
• Deliver regular reporting and weekly operational progress updates to regional and global leadership.
• Work in partnership and collaboration with affiliate offices, APAC region and global income tracking teams, and stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
• Identify and make claims for shortfalls in income across territories.
