Manager, Industrial Engineer

This role is crucial in supporting our ambitious warehouse automation and transformation project focusing primarily on the Fresh Food network. You will play a key part in driving efficiency and continuous improvement by leveraging data analysis, establishing operational process standards, and providing project management & change management support. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a significant strategic initiative and shape the future of our warehouse operations.

• Data-driven process re-engineering:
• Collect, analyze, and interpret warehouse operational data (e.g., inventory, throughput, cycle times, equipment performance) to support process re-engineering of the Fresh Food network
• Support for detail design and customization of automation solutions (Piece-picking automation system, ASRS etc) tailored to specific warehouse needs, including layout design, system integration and process re-engineering
