**POSITION SUMMARY**
Manages the activities of the Infrastructure Maintenance Training program, focusing on the research, development, implementation and evaluation of technical training for Infrastructure personnel. Directs the creation of curriculum and instructional content to ensure a culture of system safety and technical proficiency within Infrastructure. Oversee the development of strategic training objectives and classroom-based instruction to protect employees from work related injuries and ensure compliance with all regulatory agencies.
