Manager, Inpatient Behavioral Health - Social Services

JOB SUMMARY:

The manager works closely with the Director of Behavioral Health to provide 24/7 operational oversight of all staff & program needs for Medical Social Work and the BHUC. The manager oversees the clinical, programmatic and contractual activities with an emphasis on operational improvement. Works closely with the Director in the development of annual budgets, ensuring productivity standards are met and metrics are reported timely. The manager oversees the Supervisor of Inpatient Behavior Health and their responsibilities, ensures human resource management, clinical evidence-based training development, staff scheduling, monitoring of fiscal performance, contract compliance and management of overall department needs.
