Job Description
Reporting to the Director, Integrated Marketing and Channels, the Manager orchestrates marketing campaign initiatives across various channels to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition and retention, and optimize return on investment (ROI). The Manager manages agency partnerships, providing clear briefs and efficiently managing projects. This highly collaborative role works closely with Content and Marketing Strategy teams to create a cohesive brand experience. The Manager further collaborates with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to identify key customer engagement opportunities, focusing on comprehensive testing initiatives and staying abreast of industry trends to maximize product and solution consideration through data-driven insights.
