Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science, IT, - 6+ years of proven experience as IT Infrastructure Manager, with leadership responsibilities, including hiring, disciplining, coaching, rewarding, and terminating employees. - Experience managing Cloud services including security, provisioning, cost management, data redundancy, and system migration. - Microsoft Office 365 online mail exchange experience. - Thorough understanding of networks and cloud computing. - Experience in outsourcing and vendor management. - Proficiency in ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems - Technical proficiency in IT infrastructure, networks, databases, and systems troubleshooting. - Commitment to maintaining a strong customer service culture and delivering superior service-oriented infrastructure operations. - English is required.
