Objectives:
Develop and implement effective leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and rental income. Coordinate with Marketing team to support promotional activities that enhance tenants' revenue.
Job Duties:
Plan and execute leasing strategies to achieve optimal occupancy and revenue targets. Plan and implement appropriate tenancy mix. Make procedures for any upcoming Asset Enhancement Initiatives (AEI) works. Manage existing tenancies, identify prospects and secure new tenancies Establish and build networking channels with tenants and agents to achieve maximum occupancy. Negotiate lease terms and conditions with prospective tenants to secure favorable agreements. Manage existing tenancies, monitor tenant performance, and recommend actions to improve revenue. Handle tenant inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain positive landlord-tenant relationships. Check and review tenancy documentation.
