Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd Responsibilities & Key DeliverablesResponsible for managing primarily qualitative & some quantitative research requirements for Auto - Personal & Commercial vehicles Nature of the researches include - Consumer segmentation, Post launch researches, Exploratory studies & Clinics for new product / variants etc. Also, focus on developing & maintaining rich data bank of key insights for the brands.- Preparing research briefs in consultation with brand heads / managers, Product planning team. - Understanding business objectives / issues, and designing research that caters to the business needs- Recommend appropriate approach & agency partners for research projects based on relevant expertise/experience & cost efficiencies - Recommend key action plans for brands post completion of the research, post alignment with brand team- Manage relationships with external agency partnersExperience
