Opportunity Description
+ Identify key member cohorts and opportunities for achieving short- and long-term membership retention improvement strategies
+ Assist in the development of a member retention strategy through the use of segmentation modeling, member profiling, propensity scoring and targeted channel communication
+ Work collaboratively across lines of businesses, including product management, finance analysis, sales, and marketing, to develop and execute market retention plans to achieve membership objectives
+ Participates in product driven workgroups to provide input to product designs/enhancements and implementation plans.
+ Works closely with cross functional teams such as Retention, Enrollment & Billing, Claims, Member Services, Compliance, Sales, Finance, Enterprise Analytics, Marketing, and senior management in implementing new products, product enhancements, business implementations, end to end process improvements, and improvements in the membership experience.
